CF Series FULLY AUTOMATIC HIGH-SPEED CARDBOARD LAMINATOR

1.Main Functions 

CF high-speed automatic cardboard laminator is a special cardboard aligning equipment which combines with advantages of domestic and foreign similar products; it is suitable for high class wine box， graphic carton，cigarette case and card books for children, etc. The machine is equipped with auto tracking aligning of high precise adjusting glue roller, automatic control of man-machine interface. Nonstop paper feeding system is optinal.

Other optional equipment: Nonstop auto high speed paper feeding system; Nonstop paper collecting system; Nonstop automatic paper delivery system.

• 1. Paper Forwarding System: Feeding system: It adopt advanced four-suction and four- feeding paper feeder system (upper paper, bottom paper), paper feeding speed is up to 10000 pieces per hour, the suction nozzle can be stretched 30mm freely,adjust the rolled curled papers, uses steel wire transmission adjusting suction nozzle height and tilt angle, two suction nozzles act with three front suction nozzles to adjust the curled paper level freely and transmit to coating machine smoothly. (Paper feeding system is optional)

• COATING SYSTEM：Under control of high precision coating mechanism, the coating volume of gluing roller and glue adjusting roller can reach less than 0.08mm, moisture index can be controlled from 7% to12%, and it improves product dryness and stiffness. Automatic glue level control: accurately adjust coating volume required by different paper to ensure even gluing. Convenient paper separator: separate the paper from the gluing roller quickly and easy for dismantling, cleaning and calibration of the gluing roller, wipe the glue back to the roller to prevent roller ends at high speed from glue overflowing, and it can also adjust back flow to recycle the glue.

• The Host Delivery System: The speed difference between faster paper delivering and front stopper moving advances the paper to reach the front stopper ,and the paper sides are aligned synchronously(upper paper and base paper with side stoppers to ensure upper and lower paper being aligned and laminated perfectly at side and front.

• The Pressure Transmission System: the pressure of paper speed and paper length of the electrical adjustment, easy size conversion, the paper can be laminated to complete, overlapping pressing, but also speed up the paper were pressed; , Can be pressed over the thin paper paste finished second degree of weight, make the product more smooth and beautiful.

• The Delivery System: shaking loose-type delivery machine, can overlap the crimping of the paper after shaking to ensure that the neat and smooth delivery of paper, automatic paper-aligning device, so that the neat paper. Through the photoelectric switch to detect the automatic collection of paper-shaking loose-type delivery, can overlap the pressure of the paper after the shaking loose to ensure that neat and smooth, increase efficiency and reduce manual. • Adjustment System：Domestically creates the first automatic tracking servo system and it matches Japanese precise regulator completely, which can achieve ±0.5mm error adjustment in high speed and improve productivity efficiency greatly.
