Features:

Paper Separation Section:

Link to the end of the laminator press bed, through the paper machine first to overlap the paper slowly separated, and then set the number of sheets quickly into the pile of paper,

Paper Stacking Section:

0.5 seconds before the paper separation section starting rapid feeding, the paper will be driven to rise according to the default number of pre-segment cylinder. Paper on the conveyor belt of the separation section enter into stacking section from the slow separation of the paper to quickly separate the paper, paper cylinder pillars lower for stacking, pad cylinder automatically align, to ensure that the products are neat and smooth.

Rolling Section

In the stacking section paper is pad neatly according to the default number, block paper cylinder pillar automatically rise, and the paper pad automatically separated. Paper forward device automatically forward the stack of paper smoothly to the automatic flip clamping system, after rolling, it enters into the collection and delivery section. In the second time the system automatically stops at the highest, sothat the product which doesn’t need rolling can be smoothly forwarded to the collection section. (work alternatedly)    

 Automatic Collection Section:

After the alternated work, the delivery section forwarded the both sides of the product smoothly to the platform of the collection section , the cylinder of the collecting machine according to command automatically pad neatly and go down again, so that the framed product is smooth and solid, making for the post automatic die-cutting machine to work smoothly, and reduce the labor working intensity.
